Soulless Machine Switches Gears: November is NaNoWriMo

I’ve been waiting four years to be participant in NaNoWriMo. I heard about it while still working hard at my MFA in Writing. Each November I wanted nothing more than to type my way to victory, but I had class work and other writing deadlines. Well, not this year. I’m done. Here goes! Wish me luck!

P.S. There are a few projects that I will not get to until December, and for that, I apologize, but I will get to them. Here is the short list:

In the Midst Of by C.M. Barons
Fall of Cthulhu: The Gathering
Apocalypse Unleashed by Mel Odom
More Fiction from Water-Stone Review: A Literary Annual

good luck, man. I've got another friend who's doing this, too. 1,600 words a day is heavy, but achievable.

Keep going! You still have a lot of time. Although 50,000 words seems like a hell of a lot for one month.

I was hired late last week to teach Environmental Science in an associate degree program for Chefs.

This means a lot of late nights right now prepping lesson plans and putting in a few hours at the old gig.

So, I’m all kinds of busy!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I’m way to over the top right now!
