Hey Aaron (nice name, same as mine),
Have you tried using Microsoft's Live Search 411? We actually, just yesterday, introduced our new traffic feature where you can get up-to-date traffic reports from any phone.
It sounds like you've already used Google's 411, so it would be awesome to get some feedback about how the two compare.
