What's For Dinner - 4, 5, 6, and counting

Thursday, despite a temperature of 102(something), I started cooking the Chicken in Wine Sauce from Cooking Light Magazine Jan/Feb. I got the pot in the oven, and I took a bath. My health went fast, and Jessica had to come home early to watch Nora and finish the cooking while I rested.

The food looked great, and Jessica said it was yummy. I ate a bowl of dry Cheerios and drank water. That was Thursday night.

Friday, despite mild diarrhea, I felt ready to stomach more than Cheerios. Thus, I had a Subway footlong. A couple of hours later, my symptoms increased, including acid reflux. I got three maybe four hours of sleep.

Today, I went to Urgent Care. The likely diagnoses was a virus. So, the recommend food I eat is BRAT (Banana, Rice, Apple, Tea, Toast), until I can stomach other foods.

So that is what is for dinner!. Wish me luck and a speedy recovery!
